displaying entries once
Hi,
Lets say I have a column that lists credit card numbers. But that list contains repeated entries (the same credit card 2 or more times). What i need is a column to list the cc numbers without the multiple entries of a cc. Is there a way to do this? Thx in advance for your help. |

You can get a list of unique entries by selecting the card numbers
(including the first row - a header row) and doing Data=filter=Advanced filter. Select copy as the filtering option, click the unique checkbox in the lower left corner, designate the column where you want the result, (leave criteria blank) and clicking OK. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Serge" wrote in message ...
