Autosave & Rename

Hey Now ! I am using a DDE server to feed data into an
Excel file, but as soon as excel reaches it's 65k of rows -
Excel quits. I want the excel file to Autosave and rename
the file which I can do with some 3rd party products, but
I need to Reset the original excel file. TIA
