Saving in Excel 97 a workbook developed in Excel 2002

How can I prevent the message "This file was created using a later
version of Microsoft Excel" being displayed when a workbook I have
developed in Excel 2002 is saved (without further problem) in Excel 97?

Hi David

Your can try to move\copy all your sheets, modules, userforms to a new
workbook created in excel-97 (give different filename or take backup of
your original WB before trying this) and then save.

Afterwords you can save it in any higher version & in excel-97 without
any prompt.
