Can you access the solver reference library in Excel 2002

I can't establish a reference to the solver library.

Have you checked XL VBA help for the SolverOK function? The 2nd
paragraph details how to establish a reference to the Solver library.

In order to access the Solver Reference library, go to
Tools - References and ensure SOLVER is checked. Then it
should work fine.
