always trust macros from this source - is disabled. Why?

I have created some Excel macros and code signed them with a digital
certificate. On a system with Windows 2000 and Office XP (Security set to
HIGH), when I open the document I get the Security warning and can set the
checkbox for "Always trust macros from this source" and then Enable Macros.
But, on another system with Windows XP and Office XP, the "Always trust
macros from this source" is disabled. So, I can not enable macros? How do I
get this to work?

I've tried this on some other system to see if it's just a setting on this
one machine, or specific to Windows XP.... and it did work properly on one
Windows XP machine, so it doesn't seem to be just Windows XP, disabling this
gadget. So, I'm not quite sure waht's going on. I can't find any info on the
net about this problem, and I've searched, and searched, and searched...

Any ideas?

I've got exactly the same problem! Is anyone still looking at this
thread - did anyone find a solution?

Thanks,
