Licensing policy for Office Web components
I am writing a VB application which uses the Excel
spreadsheet control from the Office web components. My question is that can I distribute this application without any restrictions. Should I expect that anybody using this application has MS Excel installed on his/her PC? Also, do I have to buy any license or something specifically to distribute my application? Also, can I ship the required controls, dlls with my app? In the worst case, will every work fine if I just ship my app, and expect the user to have MS Excel installed on his/her PC with Office Web Components. Thanks, krishnan |
