Can anyone tell me what the registry entry is for Office
2003 applications?

In this article:

It tells us how to check for Office XP installs, but what
about Office 2003 (Excel 2003, in particular)?

Office 2003 Registry Installation?
 

XP is version 10, 2003 is version 11.

You can try substituting 11 for 10.
