Create a Pivot Table based on From and To Dates
 

I have a list of revenue amounts based on from a to dates. I need to
generate a pivot like table that will show an even spread based on
those amounts.
Anyone have any ideas ?

For Example

Type From To Amount
Service 1-jan-03 31-dec-03 12,000
Service 1-jul-03 31-dec-03 12,000

Type Jan Feb Mar ... Jul Aug ... Dec Total
Service 1000 1000 1000 3000 3000 3000 24000
