Command Button Tip

Command Button Tip
I do not see the controltiptext option in the properties of the comman button that I created. I am view this through the VBA side of excel. already have code so that when the command button is clicked, the sav as dialogue comes up. I am trying to figure out how and where to put tip, so that when someone holds their cursor over the command button it will tell them what it will do if they click on it.
