GetOpenFilename Folder specfication

How do you specify the initial folder for
Application.GetOpenFilename()?

I've tried numerous Application.* attributes, haven't
been able to find the right one. I also tried specifying
the folder spec in the GetOpenFilename() argument,
doesn't work.
