Default How to Open A File with Visual Basic

I am trying to write a command for a command button in
Excel (on click). When I got to the visual basic editor
what is the syntax for opening a file such
as "C:\Reports\Reports.pdf. Thank you

C:\WRATBlue[1].pdf"
