Excel workbook size random evolution
 

hello,

I work actually on a 4Mo Excel workbook. Each time I save
this workbook, its size decreases or increases randomly.
For example, I have the following sizes :
1st save= 2.8Mo
2nd save=3.8Mo
3rd save=2.5Mo
4nd save=3Mo
....

How to explain this huge differences for similar data in
my workook?

Is it possible to "compact" the workbook in the same way
we compact Access database?
