How to add 0's in time cel
Hi,
I import a text file in Excel & the data has no regularity. Most of the cells in that text file are calculated time fields (HHHH:MM:SS) and they show up like this: 2323:52:15 :05:35 :05 I was wondering if there is any way in Excel that you can either add zeros before the minutes or seconds to get regularity because I have to export that data into Access Database & if there is no regularity then I cant calculate time or run reports in Access. I even tried to have input mask on all the table field in Access but it doesnt work. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks, ~Kash |

Possibly [hhhh]:mm:ss
as your cell format format=Cells=Number tab, select custom. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Kash" wrote in message ... Hi, I import a text file in Excel & the data has no regularity.
