I want to read data from WEB-pages into EXCEL

Dear friends!

I want my EXCEL VBA to

start the Explorer
start Google or Yahoo
enter search words
klick on every link found
read all the text in each WEB-page found
take out data
put that data into the excel sheet.

Can anybody help me?
