Macro to change a number to text
 

Good idea. I did check it and it does format the cell as
text, but maybe it needs an extra step (I will also need
to right-align it as the apostrophe will left-align it.

I have a user who has a column of accts payable numbers
and a total at the bottom (=Sum). When a payment is

she wants to be able to bold a number and tell Excel not
to include it in the total at the bottom.
