extracting info the best way
I have a spreadsheet that has information about trainers, and their teaching schedules. I want to be able to extract all of the information for each individual trainer to give them their shedules for the term. I want to pull out the trainer name, the class being taught and the time of the class, in one step, where all the other information pertaining to location, level, etc comes with it. Right now I'm filtering and using the copy/paste method for each individual trainer. Is there a shorter method to use to perform this task? Thank you kindly ------------------------------------------------ ~~ Message posted from http://www.ExcelTip.com/ ~~View and post usenet messages directly from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |

Hopefully your data is in table format, when you could probably make a
Pivot Table using the trainer name as a Page field. Regards BrianB ================================================== ====== shiepowk wrote in message ...
