Programming Excel in Windows 98 Second Edition
I have put a couple of different messages out and I do not
think I am explaining myself very good. I have Windows 98 Second Edition downloaded on my computer. The problem I am having is getting the excel program up and running. I can find that I have excel in the ODBC Data Sources and in the BDE Administrator. What I need help on is getting this program operational. I know it there but I cannot get the file working. I need to know what workbook should be used, the path that should be used and so on and so on. Could anyone help me out at all!!!!!!!!!!! If I need to I will try to explain it again to anyone who asks. I am desperate to get this program running. |

Lorrie,
Just because you have the ODBC drivers for Excel in place, it does not mean that you have Excel installed. Search your C: drive for the file "EXCEL.EXE" If it aint there, you aint got it!
