I am working on a spreadsheet for compensation
and I need help with the Add’t mths columns.
The spreadsheet should take Years of service
in column B and calculate additional months
(0,1 or 2 months) of severance base on years
of service. Below is an example of the
spreadsheet an as I said column E is what I
need help on to write a formula.

A B C D
1 Yrs.Serv Mths Sev. Severance $ Add't mths
2 21 12.5 $37,187.50 2
3 10 6 $21,750.00 1
4 6 3.02 $6,241.33 0


Column E add’t mths is where I need help.
I need that column to reflect the following:

IF A2 or = to 20 should show 2
IF A2 or = to 10 should show 1
IF A2 < 10 should show 0

I need all these options in one formula in cells
E2, E3, E4 and so on. Can you Help me?

=If(A2<10,"0",If(A2<20,"1","2"))
of course you can format E2 as an integer, too.
