OCX Error in Excel
 

Hi,
I have created an OCX using Visual Basic.
It works in Visual Basic and Access but gives an error in
Excel. When i try to save excel, it crashes excel or
either repairs excel it removing the OCX and the VBA code.

I have Office XP running on Windows XP and Windows 2000.
I have installed the all the latest service packs for
Office XP as well as Windows 2000 and XP, respectively
