urgent: no connection to excel
 

I need help!
My application cannot get connection to excel.
Most of my customers have not problem with this
application. But in some cases, there is no way.
What requirements are necessary to get in contact via
OLE? with Win2000 I had success with startin ole service
(start net ole); but in WinXP there is no service ole.
Are there any hidden security obstacles?
