merging templates into workbook
 

Hello,
i am not very experienced in excel. what I am trying to do is merge a template
into a workbook. The template has the month/day down the column to day 31 and
the row has the time:
01:00 02:00
Sep 1
Sep 2

How can i merge that into the data? And also i would like the date to know
what month it is, i keep having to change the month..any help would be
appreciated...
