How many CR's in a multi line texbox
 

If I have a text box with MultiLine = True and ScrollBars set to
'2 - fmScrollBarsVertical' then is there any way of telling if the
scroll bar is visible at one moment in time. Otherwise I'll just have
to scan for the number of vbCrLf's
