listbox.value not equal to listbox.list(listbox.listindex,0)
Odd...
learning vba in excel... I have set up a list box. Have selected a default value by setting listbox.listindex If the user tabs through the selection boxes... (six listboxes on userform)... all is well. If the user just hits the "accept" button... listbox.value is sometimes empty string. i used watch in debug... and found the following for a 12 x 1 array listbox.listindex = 3 listbox.list(3,0) = "aaa" listbox.value = "" listbox.list(listbox.listindex,0) = "aaa" it is not 100 percent consistant which of the six listboxes on the form will screw up. But at least one of the six will every time. I figure it is a timing/update thing... or something very simple that i am doing wrong. any help would be appreciated folks... thank you Andrew Blair Marietta, Ohio |
