DTpicker problem

I've created a data entry form that uses the DTpicker control. It works
fine on my PC as well as 2 other users PCs but there are a couple of users
in which the control does not display. When they then send me back the
file, the control has disappeared from the form altogether. They are using
Excel 2002.
I've sent them the MSCOMCT2.OCX file and confirmed that they have copied the
file to their windows/system32 directory.

Any ideas?

Have them register the control as well. Even if they put it in their
Windows directory, it won't be recognized without registering it.
