Is there possibility to change Office language if version
is f.e. Czech, to original english version?

Default Change language

There is Microsoft Office XP Multiligual User Interface Pack
With it you can display menus and dialog boxws in one langiuage (and
worksheet functions) in English while still have help (for Excel not for
VBE) in other language if you like so.
