I am writing an app, and I am using the contact screen as a form design. I
am wondering if anybody might have something like this already coded.

Hi Bruce

If VB6 is in your arsenal of tools, "Phantom Man" has posted a downloadable component
(Beta) at
http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb...48690&lngWId=1

Have not tested that one extensively, but if it's what I think then it compiles as a user
control down to an OCX.

And if above is relevant; while there download LaVolpe's prize winning buttons, they are
nothing but fantastic on userforms and VB forms:
