Steve Bullen's form resizer
 

Hi,
I've used Steve Bullen's form resizer in Excel 97, and very well it
works too.

I'm now working in Excel 2002, and Excel 97 files opened there still
allow all aspects of the forms to resize. However, if I call the
resizer in an Excel 2002 file, the form resizes but not the listbox on
it! Very odd - I've checked that the code in both files is identical,
including variable declarations etc.
any ideas?
