convert +/- on text value

Using xl xp pro Need to "flip" sign on value in column c if adjacent cell in col b 4199 TOTAL SALES AND REVENUES or 7110 TOTAL OPERATING PROFIT CONTRIBUTION Value begin row 3 End row is unknown. Can someone push me in the right direction? tia goss |
