Does anyone know how to change the font size of the row
and column headers (1 to 65536, A to IV).

Try Ctrl A and use dropdown selection for Font type and
Size.
or
with a macro

Sub Change_FontandSize()

Cells.Select
With Selection.Font
.Name = "Arial Narrow"
.Size = 10
End With
End Sub
Change font name and Size to suit

by using sheet header/footer you could repeat the headings
for each sheet. [view - Header & Footer -click sheet
-select range for rows to repeat at top]

Sorry about the prevoius post. Re-read your post and now
know you are after the actual A B C along and 1 2 3 down
side.
They get larger as you increase the zoom screen size .
But as to how to increase their size in 100% zoom I can
not help.

Steven,

The font used in the row and column headers is determined by the Normal style. To change it, select Format|Style from the Worksheet
menu. Select the Normal style and click modify. The changes you make will also be applied to any cells using the normal style, which
is the default.

Go to Format=Style, select the normal style and click the modify button.
Change the font.

This will change the default for the worksheet as well.
