Can anyone tell me?

Hi,
I have been sent an attachment, an excel doc
It's for the running of a lotto-bingo
I was wondering if any of you 'excel programmers' can tell me just how it
works?

Only I did not want to post the attachment on here for you to look at,
can you tell me if I can first?

The package allows you to type in the 'weeks' lotto numbers and anyone
having that number
under their name, is highlighted.

The only problem is if I was to add new names or new numbers I cant get it
to work?

Can anyone tell me?

go to the sheet and select only a single cell

Do Edit=goto = special and select conditional formats and all

If all the number cells are selected, then select one and do
Data=conditional formatting

Examine the formulas.

Just a guess.

Generally, people don't like attachments in this group since it isn't a
binary group.

Just say the file is available to anyone interested - contact you via email.
(if your email address is correct)
