Hi all,
I have a basic question I can't seem to answer. I d/l the sunrise/sunset schedule from the USNO and want to convert the text format into time. For example, my cell is 711 and I want to convert it to 7:11 a.m. How do I do that? Also, after doing that, how would I subtract an hour from it (for daylight savings time?") Any help would be appreciated. thanks, |
