Hexidecimal dn decmial data

Trying connect ot XL spreadsheet and enter in hexidecimal
and get back Decimals

/hyyhh (all in pairs)each pair = 1 character

translates automaticially

need to know each peice as un translated

I want to keep 5356 and then keep as and srite as string

WriteData will write it out as hex
