I believe that the problems I am having are because I am
running out of resources and someone mentioned the
Resource Monitor for Win98 - where do I get it?

Look in the Start menu under
Programs | Accessories | System Tools

If it's not there you have to load it from the CD.

Mine is in my Windows directory. RSRCMTR.EXE

I put a shortcut in C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.

I don't have Win98 running on this machine. Is there a
