Assign Unique Number to an Excel Template
 

How does one enable Excel to generate a unique sequential number to each
document opened from a form?
The sample Spreadsheet Solutions, such as Invoice & Expense Statement,
provided by Excel have this facility, but I would like to apply it to a
document I have saved as a template.
