Default Combobox Change Event when file is saved as

Hello,
I have a strange problem:
On a worksheet, I have several Comboboxes with some code for calculating
other values.
When I close the workbook, the change event of the comboboxes is fired.
There is no beforeclose event routine. Does anybody know why it can be fired
and how it I can disable these events?
Thanks

Ernst
