Default Problem with Pivot Table and Dates

Create one cloum and convert date to month. Or use formula
in pivot table.

-----Original Message-----
I have a table with dates and I'm trying to use a Pivot
Table to see the information by month but I can not the
get the information grouped by month and year. I'm

getting
the information by single date. What should I do to get
the information grouped by month and Year?

Help will be greatly appreciated!

Best regards.

Alberto.

Default Problem with Pivot Table and Dates

When you drop the Date field into your pivot table, i.e. Months going
down the left hand side of the table, right click and select Group &
OutlineGroup

You can then choose from the list supplied in the dialog box that
appears to set the groupings my month year days etc.
