Click away from a form?

I need some help with a simple Excel VBA project. I have a form that
I want to have floating on top of the active worksheet as the user
moves from cell to cell. The form provides some shortcuts etc. that
the user may need. Problem is that when the workbook opens the form
is displaye (in the workbook i have userfrom.show) and I can not click
into a cell without hitting the x and macking it disappear. What am i
doing wrong?

You can only do this if you have Excel 2000 or later
