Text Box to Excel Cell
 

Yes this is possible.

Just create a text box like usual then instead of typing
the content in just say ='Sheet1'!B1

the contents of cell B1 from the Sheet 1 will show up, if
you update the contents of B1 the contents of the sheet
will change too.
