This usually means there is still some Excel object in memory. Make sure all
your Range and any other Excel objects are set to nothing

Excel.Application).
Its codes include xlWk.Close(), xlWk=Nothing, xlApp.Quit(), xlApp=Nothing.
But EXCEL.EXE still exists in memory(It can look in Task Manager's process
procedure).
How to release the EXCEL.EXE procedure?
