(PLZ REPLY) copy checkbox name into sheet
 

I have created a 3 user box with one textbox and two
CheckBox in each userform. In userform1 if i type in
textbox "01" it should check, checkBox one. & 02 it should
check, checkBox Two. and than it should go to 2nd userform
and work same as userform1. and goto 3ed usefrom and work
same. but if user type out of 01 or 02 in any userform it
should goto next userform.

in userfrom1 checkBox1 name is White
in userfrom1 checkBox2 name is Black

in userfrom2 checkBox1 name is Pan
in userfrom2 checkBox2 name is Ink-Pan

in userfrom3 checkBox1 name is Refill
in userfrom3 checkBox2 name is Fill

and after that it should copy data from all 3 userform
checkbox which is not check into sheet1.

If user have type in userfrom1 textbox "01" it should
copy "02" checkbox into sheet1.

Not totally sure, but this might get you started:
The first module clears the check boxes.
The second checks one or the other.
Amend the code to your needs.

You can use Userform1.Textbox1.... to be more specific.

Private Sub TextBox1_Enter()
CheckBox1.Value = False
CheckBox2.Value = False
End Sub

Private Sub TextBox1_Exit(ByVal Cancel As MSForms.ReturnBoolean)
If TextBox1.Value = "01" Then
CheckBox1.Value = True
ElseIf TextBox1.Value = "02" Then
CheckBox2.Value = True
Else
MsgBox "Wrong Entry"
End If
End Sub
