Thumbnails on User form
 

Is there a way to place a thumnbail on a user form, so
that the thumbnail changes with the selection of a file
name from a List box? Basically, I want the user of my
form to select a file ( a BMP ) and be able to confirm the
file by looking at the thumbnail of the BMP.
