Excel Programming.
 

I have a problem regarding Excel programming. MY
requirement is as follows: I am having an Excel sheet
which is in .csv format. from this i should enter the data
in a Database and retrive it from there. almost once in an
house my .csv report is updated by the server. when i am
trying to insert it in the database again i am getting
problems. also that .csv report will contain all the
previous records also, how can i restrict them from again
cheking in the data for not allowint it to Insert.
