Have a look in vba HELP for inputbox
BTW. Please help in not a very good subject line. Many times it is "ignored" "Penny Vay" wrote in message ... I'm setting up a series of small databases, and need to be able to write a macro that allows a user to select a particular record or to be able to input information in the middle of the macro. The old Lotus command was "?" and would halt the macro whilst waiting for input. Anyone know the Excel equivalent?? Many thanks Penny |
