Problems with german excel version
 

You might use the ID property:


set cb = commandbars.FindControl( id:=30010,Visible:=True)
? cb.parent.name
Worksheet Menu Bar

? cb.caption
&Help

This gets the Help control. the help control is also a commandbar itself.
