Exiting Excel without being prompted

Can anyone help, this has been bugging me for a while.

I'm trying to get Excel to close without prompting to
save the currently
open workbook.

I have already got a MSGBOX prompt with a "Yes" or "No"
prompt asking if the
user wishes to save
before closing. Choosing "Yes" does as it is ment to but
if the user
chooses "No", the default Excel
save workbook "Yes", "No" or "Cancel" prompt appears.
How do I stop this
happening?
