month to number
Tim -
I too like Chip's solution & will save it for my own use. However, you can use Rocky's solution without all of the IF's if you begin by setting up an array containing the month abbreviations & then insert the array index into the appropriate cell in column AF - Good luck! Hi, Can you show me how to write a macro to convert a three place month abreviation, Jan, Feb, Mar, etc., in column Y into a number, 1, 2, 3, etc., in column AF? Thank You. Regards, Tim |
