MDI Forms in Excel 2002 XP

I have an old Excel 6.0 Book. I am interested in the MDI
(Multiple Document Interface) form tool, but I can't seem
to find it in my Excel 2002 XP VBA design environment. Is
this MDI tool still available in the new version of VBA
for Excel?
