Adding New Records To Excel Database..
Sylvain
Use this concept Dim lrow As Long lrow = Cells(Rows.COUNT, "A").End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).Row Cells(lrow,1) = Combobox1.value ' column A data Cells(lrow,2) = Textbox1.Text ' column B data where the numbers represent columns 1 (A) and 2 (B). lrow represents the first blank row at the bottom of your data. Expand to suit your needs. You can put the code in the module that opens the form, or place it in the event macro of the form elements. You can even code for Option buttons and Check boxes. steve "Sylvain" wrote in message ... Hi all, is there a method in VB to add a new record to an excel data base while using my own form?. ( basically in the same fassion as the builtin data form from the Data menu ) Thanks Sylvain. |
