compile error in hidden module: Dialogs
 

Marc,

It sounds like a faulty add-in. Go to the Tools menu, and uncheck
any checked add-ins. If the problem stops, go back and re-check
the add-ins until the problem recurs. That will identify which
add-in causes the problem. You can leave that add-in unchecked if
you don't need it, or obtain a new version from the vendor if you
do need it.
