where is it stored-customized changes in excel97
If I add functionality to excel97 by clicking on tools and
then customize, commands, then macros and then placing a macro icon on the tool bar, where is this change stored?? In later versions of excel it appears to be stored in a ...xlb file but not in excel97. I do this in word and the change is saved in the normal.dot. Then I can copy that normal.dot to other p.c.'s and all of them will have the macro icon on the tool bar. That's what I'm trying to do in excel 97. Thanks Vann |

Vann,
All of YOUR toolbars are stored in the *.xlb for your logon. Each user on your machine has their own *.xlb Go to the start menu and do a Search for *.xlb to see how many reside on your computer. steve "Vann" wrote in message ...
